Bistro Zinc brings authentic French comfort food to the heart of
the Gold Coast. Named after the signature zinc bars found
throughout Parisian cafes and bistros, Bistro Zinc offers a

delivered with passionate precision. Chef Timothy Kirker's menu is
faithful to the bistro's French roots, featuring steak frites and a
vegan-friendly chickpea tagine, a sumptuous North African dish
named for the conical clay pot in which it's prepared. Chef
Timothy recommends the bistro's French onion soup, made with
homemade veal stock and creamy Gruyere, and seasonal dishes
such as the cassoulet, a hearty bean stew often served with duck,
