Bistro Zinc brings authentic French comfort food to the heart of the Gold Coast. Named after the signature zinc bars found throughout Parisian cafes and bistros, Bistro Zinc offers a pleasantly laid back environment and classic French dishes delivered with passionate precision. Chef Timothy Kirker's menu is faithful to the bistro's French roots, featuring steak frites and a vegan-friendly chickpea tagine, a sumptuous North African dish named for the conical clay pot in which it's prepared.
