Chicago Luxury Dress Designer showcases his
third Fall/Winter collection

Fresh off the red carpet after winning the Oscars® Designer
Challenge, Borris Powell revealed his much anticipated
Fall/Winter 2011 Collection titled, C Me N Dior. The show took
place on March 11, 2011 at the Sheraton Hotel located. The C
Me N Dior collection inspired by the shapes of Borris' famed
inspiration Christian Dior, offers intrigue, elegance and
sophistication. Event attendees saw the first ready-to-wear pieces,
including pants and other separates that are designed with every
woman in mind. C Me N Dior celebrated the Oscar® gown, "Black
Swan."
"Designing the Fall/Winter 2011 collection has been exciting and
a dream come true for me artistically because I pushed myself to
a new level," said Borris Powell. "This show will highlight my
admiration of Christian Dior as well as my love of making women
feel beautiful and elegant."

The collection is strongly tailored with a mix of modern
minimalism. The lines are long and clean that will perfect any
silhouette. Colors range from browns, greens, blacks and the
signature red with a touch of creams to soften the palette. It is an
exciting blend of wools, leather, fur, and satins. This collection will
take you back to the timeless 40's energy that Christian Dior
displayed.
