85th Annual Fashion Show Layers

The Woman's Board of Rush University Medical Center presented
the 85th Annual Fashion Show "Layers" held on Thursday,
October, 6 2011 at the Palmer House Hilton. Chaired this year by
Debra Beck, this glamorous fall fashion show featured Frances
Heffernan, The Lake Forest Shop, Loro Piana, Luca Luca,
Neapolitan, p.45, Penny's From Heaven, Ralph Lauren, Saks Fifth
Avenue, Swarovski, Tory Burch and Valentina. The beautiful hair
styling for the models was provided by Salon Buzz.

Guests enjoyed cocktails, hors d'oeuvres and a live auction with
luxurious prizes. The "Layers" Fashion Show featuring fall fashion
looks modeled by over 100 men, women and children including
Lauren Donovan from NBC5 and Robin Robinson from FOX
Chicago. After the runway show, guests were invited to the after
party in the Red Lacquer Room where the celebration continued
with more food and specialty drinks.

Proceeds from this year's event benefit Melanoma research and
treatment and will launch the Woman's Board five-year fundraising
commitment to support Rush University's Cancer Center.
